A Single Case Agreement (SCA) is a temporary, one-time contract between an insurance company and an out-of-network provider, allowing a patient to receive in-network coverage for specialized care. It acts as a bridge to allow continuity of care when in-network options cannot meet the patient's specific needs. I’m happy to request one from your insurance payer if you feel like we are good fit!

A superbill is a detailed, itemized receipt for services provided (like therapy) that allows clients to seek potential reimbursement from their insurance company when the provider is out-of-network (OON). It is not a direct bill, but a document containing provider, client, and diagnostic codes needed for insurance claims.
